The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and unboxing video is MUST for returns.

Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Products without original tags or packaging.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Customized or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect).

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

4. Exchange Policy

The product has a manufacturing defect.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:
